• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar skill.
• 1 or more years of work experience of Private Company related to sales and customer services.
• Good speaking and writing of the English & other language
• Computer literacy especially MS Office
• Good Communication & Problem Solving

• Attracts potential customers by answering product; questions; suggesting information about other products
• Maintains customer records by updating files information.
• Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential clients to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
