Cambodia Advance Communications Ltd or “CADCOMMS” aims to be one of the leading telecommunication services providers in Cambodia. The company was granted its telecommunications license in 2006 and launched its services in March 2008. CADCOMMS operates a 3.75G mobile telephony service using the ‘qb’ brand under a concession granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia (MPTC).

We are serving both the corporate and consumer markets and our goal is to be the most advanced and recognized mobile phone service provider in Cambodia. To achieve this we have formed solid partnerships with other local and international companies. Furthermore, to support our customers, we have a customer service centre in Phnom Penh and many more are planned in other cities in Cambodia to ensure our customers have easy access to, and support from our highly skilled service staff at any time.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill the positions below:

Sales Support Executive 

Job Requirement :
  • Ideally not less than 3 years experience in telecom or similar industry
  • Not less than 2 years experience in Sales information management
  • Bachelor graduate and above or equivalent
  • Good command of English; Fluent in both spoken and written and Good Analytical skills
  • Core basic telecom knowledge
  • Trade, sales, distribution or brand strategy development and management
  • Sales & distribution channel management and development
  • Trade and consumer researches management
  • Application : Ms Windows, Ms Office: Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint
  • Excellent relationship management with clients, external suppliers and commercial partners
  • Effective communication and presentation
  • Negotiation and influencing
  • Ability to coordinate with inter-related department and vendor
  • Ability to work with pressure and flexible working schedules
Job Duties :
  • Coordinate the sales planning process to provide an effective monthly planning and evaluation of sales and activity performance.
  • Act as a custodian of a central sales information for all stakeholders in regards to management of sales and channel performance.
  • Provide regular trade intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations – Collect and analyse channel performance data, and disseminate to the related stakeholders (Sales Director, Regional Sales Team, Retail team and master dealers and sales & service agents).
  • Ensure the optimal end-to-end demand and supply management of SIM and reload and also to effectively manage the stock inventory to ensure the sufficient supply.
  • Develop channel policies, standard operating procedure (SOP), supporting infrastructure to enable Sales division running.
  • Collect, calculate, and evaluate commission/incentive for internal sales, master dealers and sales & services agents; and disseminate to relevant parties on the timely/regular basis.
  • Ensure that dealer commission, Master dealer KPI incentive, sales commission, and other incentive are paid within the set timeframe.
  • Ensure compliance of works to qb code of conduct and all corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Actively contribute to corporate and brand image and values.
  • Any other tasks as directed by senior management.
