• Bachelor degree Marketing and Business Management or other related field 
• Male/Female, age: 30 years old up
• More than 3 years sales supervisor experiences in distribution company of handset and consumer Electronic product 
• Have some knowledge of dealer management, Sales forecast planning, target allocate for each salesman.
• Good communication in English both writing and speaking
• Strong Negotiation and People management skill
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge in mobile phone Technology
• Computer literature (Ms Office, Power points)
• Be able to work under pressure and long hour 
• Good Attitude with team player spirit

• Achieve sales target including volume, value and any other quantitative target set by management through leading, coaching and directing the assigned salesmen.
• Monitor Customers’ stocks level regularly and ensure its compliance with company’s stock coverage policy.
• Monitor the placement of P.O.P at outlets as per the management’s instructions.
• Ensure the availability of the core range as per channel as per guidelines.
• Continuously review competitive activities at the marketplace, the daily sales routes and updating them upon prospecting any new customers.
• Monitor the implementation of the salesmen visiting and recording the preset daily sales routes.
• Supervise Sales Team to make sure that everyone can achieve their target
• Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including NPDs as per the management’s instructions.
• Other task assigned by upper level.
