• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team;
• Develop and monitor performance indicators of all subordinators;
• Work closely with sales team, accounting team, and customer on sales credit and money collection;
• To activate old outlets and recruit new more outlets to increase sales volume;
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches;
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services;
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience;
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information;
• Produces weekly, monthly and yearly sales report to sales manager.
