• Hold bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
• Be keen on analytical and entrepreneurial skill and able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the sales industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities
• Possess skills in examining and engineering operations and procedures, formulating policies, impacts, and/or projections
• Be excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, and represent the sales organization both inside and outside the organization in a professional and ethical manner
• Have ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through that deliver high quality results
• Have good command of English in writing and speaking
• Have good computer literacy.

• Conduct market research about the competitors and prepare tabulation within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas
• Supervise sales activities to meet the sale targets
• Analyze consumer behavior in conjunctions with the products and suggest improvements needed to the management
• Prepare marketing collateral for sales and marketing purposes 
• Support the sales team and sales department to achieve short and long term business growth
• Produce weekly report on visitors and potential customers
• Perform other duties as assigned from the top management.
