•  Supervise and guide the Sales Rep.
•  Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved;
•  Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor;
•  Execute promotional and merchandising and representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts;
•  Managing the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets;
•  Generating daily, weekly and monthly sale reports;
•  Ensuring that all claims are complies with company policy; and 
•  Other assignment may require to do time by time.
