•  Computer knowledge: Internet, E-mail and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
•  Be able to work under pressure, be patient.
•  Hardworking, honest and responsible.
•  High commitment in achievement of selling construction.

• To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of construction site.
•  Working outdoor sales.
•  Look for new customers; visit and take care of wholesale and retail customers; introduce new products, build relationship and take order.
•  Reach and maintain the sales target.
•  Collect information regarding markets, customers and competitors as per assigned by higher supervisor.
•  Propose ideas or plans to improve sales volume.
