Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. •  Graduated or is pursuing Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
•  Have 1-3 years of experience as Sales Representative
•  Have good presentation and communication skills
•  Possess good in interpersonal relationship skill
•  Be result-oriented and able to work under pressure
•  Have good command of spoken and written English; Having - -knowledge of other Asian language will be an added advantage
•  Demonstrate skills in computer applications including word, excel, and power point.

• Achieve sales target and expected performance area
•  Follow the tour plan to visit the customer in the given territory
•  Implement sales promotion effectively
•  Build good relationship with the customers
•  Be responsible on merchandising and market hygiene
•  Follow up payment of the customer to comply with company’s credit policy
•  Prepare market intelligence report and market price survey
•  Work closely with dealer in provinces.
