KONG NUON GROUP is well known for tire’s product and machinery through product durability and high brand image. To develop and expend operation in Cambodia, We are seeking dynamic candidate to fill many positions as:

• Cambodian nationality, age 20 years old up
• Bachelor or diploma in Sales/Marketing or certificated related field
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in sales or service industry
• Able to provide quality service and support to customers at all times
• Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality
• Male is preferred for outdoor sales, and females is preferred for showroom sales
• Be able to communicate in English
• Be able to use computer MS office
• Willing to work, flexible and honest

• Responsibility for directs sales.
• Travel from site to site to keep appointment with prospective customers.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems.
• Follow up customers to comply with company credit’s policy (follow-up for collection of payment).
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• To conduct other jobs as assigned by sales manager.
• Act on non-delivery when necessary.
• Collaborates with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all products.
• Forward all reports to Sales Manager.
• Discuss actions with sales manager and sales team daily, weekly and monthly summaries.
• Generate daily sales, Yearly report
• Report sales activities to management
• Update market information / Sales promotion
