We are looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the position Below:

- Sales Representative

• A College degree in business administration majoring in marketing, or business related field.
• A minimum of 2 year experience in a supervisory position in Customer Service or Sales
• Ability to manage and work independently.
• Ability to think creatively and take initiative.
• Analytical skills and demonstrate positive attitude
• Excellent business communication skills, commendable in English language both in speaking and writing.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email…

• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price in consultation with General Manager
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Develop specific plans to ensure assessments of sales productivity
• Coordinates proper property resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
• Prepare and implement monthly activities including customer presentation and joint visit with Silvertown.
• Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision makers
• Collaborates with General Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
• Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
• Educates sales team by establishing program/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
• Collaborates with General Manager to establish and control budget for sales promotion and trade show expenses
• Daily, weekly and monthly meeting with General Manager and Sales and Marketing team
• Provides a professional, advisory support service to the General Manager
• Interacts with individuals outside the company, including, but not limited to clients, Convention Bureaus, local company Associations, Embassies, NGOs, Government Tourist offices, Airlines, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, competitors and other members of the local community
• Recommend to the General Manager the kind of advertising which will be most productive for the company by analyzing the market effectiveness of past advertising campaigns and consulting with the Advertising Agency
• Seek knowledge on different aspects of internal and external marketplace and inquire about underlying aspects of the business
• Regularly read to understand the relationships within the business and other organizations such as customers and suppliers and use this knowledge to predict situations and influence outcomes
