Chip Mong Group Ltd is engaged in a portfolio of diversified businesses from the supply of building materials to the manufacturing and distribution of consumer and beverage products in Cambodia.

•  Bachelor degree holder in Sales/Marketing or related field
•  At least 1 year experience with this position.
•  Good communication with English or Chinese language both written and spoken
•  Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
•  Have problem solving skill with all levels of employees and customers
•  Willing to work under pressure, and at province
•  To be hard-working, patient, reliable with working environment. 

•  Check SAP to find out the customers who were getting stock from previous day delivery.
•  Call to wholesaler to confirm stock and push stock in.
•  Plan to collect cash by connecting to AR to prepare the statement for own self and collectors.
•  Define the area for today visit by following the call plan to visit the customer in the given territory.
•  Make appointment with the priority job (confirm).
•  Build a good relationship with customer.
•  Implement sale promotion effectively.
•  Customer approach by working with decision maker/influencer.
•  Check stock (outdoor and indoor checking).
•  Base presentation on the real situation as the customer see it (define the customer need).
•  Prove that your products are of benefit to customer.
•  Find out the objection and handle them.
•  Widen distribution to the new area and outlets.
•  Minimize the bad customer to cut down the risk for company.
•  Up great the good customer to achieve the level of rebate to improve the sale volume.
•  Follow up the payment of the customers to comply with the company policy.
•  Report the market situation, pricing and competitor’s activities.
•  Collect cash on time.
•  Perform other duties as assigned from Sales Manager.
