•  University degree in Marketing or relevant field 
•  Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred
•  Having good communication skills.
•  Willing to work in a team
•  Honesty, initiative and creative
•  Have experience 1-2 years related with the construction
•  Have knowledge of English 

• Introduce the company products to the customers
•  Coordinate with customers
•  Find new customers
•  Maintain the relationship with old customers and Generate more customers
•  Follow up potential customers
•  Prepare monthly report of sales
•  Proposing new plans/activities to increase sale
•  Keep record on customer inquiry
•  Studying competitor Product and services
•  Capable to meet the sales commitment
•  Good time management and planning skill
•  High responsibility and commitment to work
•  Perform other task as assign by Sales Manager
