• At least 2-3 year experiences in Sales & Marketing in Construction product, Furniture is prefer
• Good in communication skill and negotiation skill
• Problem solving skill
• Attention in details
• Able to work independent and under pressure
• Bachelor degree in Sales Or Marketing field

• Strong commitment to archive target
• Affectively lead and control Sales & Team to implement Sales promotion
• Organize and provide promotion plan
• Follow up and control the Sales team of work performance and monitor working procedure
• Work with Sales team in Marketing plan in order to catch and push them for Increase Sales volume
• Develop good relationship and find new potential customers
• Monitor and control merchandising activities
• Coaching Sales team
• Other tasks will assign by Mananger
