•  University degree in Sales/Marketing or related
•  2-3 years of experience in sales job with fast moving consumer goods company or similar industry
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Computer knowledge (Ms. Office Applications)
•  Good command of English, written and spoken
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Good planning and organizational skills
•  Chinese language is an advantage
•  Ensure professional ethics and create good customers relation

• Supervise and guide Sales Representatives that are under his/her assigned areas
•  Monitor closely the sales performance of company’s brands and products
•  Execute promotional product and services activities as assigned
•  Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
•  Weekly update and analyze total market situation / customer feedback
•  Prepare monthly product services report and analysis
•  Ensure the development and maintaining of good business relations with key account customers
•  Support Sales Representatives in negotiation of sponsorships and contracts
•  Motivate and coach sales staff and measure and evaluate their performances
•  Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction•
•  Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
