• At least one year experience in accounting
• At least have bachelor degree in accounting or related filed or fresh graduated.
• Have a good work ethics, attitude, being honest, flexible, responsibility and commitment
• Good computer skill, Microsoft words, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email and Quick book system
• Good in English both writing and speaking
• Good work commitment, willing to learn new things, and good health.

• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
•  Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
•  Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Responsible for managing the sales & marketing team, developing a business plan covering sales & marketing, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the Company’s presence throughout Cambodia.
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts, market trends, market competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort, and sales promotion programme plans.
•  Ensure that all sales & marketing representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales & marketing team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
• Personally observe the performance of sales & marketing representatives in the field on a regular basis.
•  Knows how to set and meet targets, develop continuous improvement plans, control budgets and increase productivity.
• Is open minded and creative, not afraid to get his/her hands dirty, a team player and a fun colleague.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
•  Manage, control and evaluate the workforces under supervision.
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
• Approving the any leave taken by subordinates
