• Work Experience: At least 2 year
• Age:18 40-Outgoing sales to develop new accounts from Travel Agencies, NGOs, Companies, Government sectors and Embassies
• Bachelor degree in business admin, management, marketing or equivalent
• Good spoken & written English and other foreign language is an advantage
• Strong leadership and good business acumen
• Experience with budgets and forecasting

• Improving room sales on lean occupancy days
• Budget and target determination and Analysis
• Marketing Planning and Operation
• Responsible for generating new business for the hotel
• Preparing and controlling target customer (Tour & travel sale, group and convention sales, corporate sale)
• Also includes packaging for selling, Sale promotion, advertising and public relationship
• Keeps the front office update with the new agreements made with travel agents and airline crews and viable accounts
• Conducting marketing research such as customer questionnaires and focus group
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Understanding guests’ need and maintain positive guest relations at all times,
• Maintain excellent customers relation and solved the problems concerning with customers complaints
• Promoting up selling of in house facilities and maximizing revenue for the department
• Preparation of budgets and operating plans.
• Planning and implementation of advertising, promotion and marketing.
• Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for overseeing the implementation of hotel wide standards.
