Apsara Residence is a new upscale luxury boutique hotel locates along Achasva street in the center of tourist area comprises 23 contemporary stylish designed rooms, private swimming pools, restaurant and bar. Apsara Residence is a sister hotel of Apsara Centrepole, is opening late December 2014, seeking talented hotelier candidates for the position below:

•  Male/Female with 25 to 40 years of age
•  At least 3 years’ experience as a sales & marketing manager in hotel
•  Proficient English language capacity, spoken and written. Other language ability is a must
•  Bachelor degree in sales & marketing
•  Experience with hotel computer system is required
•  Good social relationship
•  Willing to travel abroad
•  Pleasant, self-motived, self-initiative
•  Good interpersonal skills.

•  Overall responsible in maximizing all revenue opportunities for the hotel and achieving all budgets.
•  Establish and maintain close relationships with all existing clients, OTA, local TA and other business partners
•  Excellent understanding and managing of the OTA / E- Commerce business, social media as well as local TA
•  Explore new markets and bring new customers
•  Focused on the Sales aspect of the business, and leading the Sales and teams to meet and exceed the budget.
•  Preparation of business plans, sales forecast and budget
