Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap.

PSE is seeking competitive and capable candidate to fill the position below.

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related fields;
• At least one year hands-on experience in sales or marketing;
• Relevant teaching experience and pedagogy is preferable;
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with interest in teaching;
• Flexible, dynamic and self-motivated;
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet & E-mail);
• Respect and support PSE’s values and mission.

• Design, develop and deliver training courses on Sales and Marketing in the BBA program and Technical and Vocational Education and Training.
• Develop and update training resources and materials in response to the job market needs;
• Prepare teaching plans adapted to the skills using more student-centered approach.
• Lead students to design, set up and implement an internal sales practice project;
• Initiate and develop useful course resources;
• Support and participate actively in school events and activities;
• Join class council to assess students’ performance and behavior;
• Guide students in writing their internship reports and presentations;
• Act a class advisor by educating and consulting the students;
• Perform other duties assigned by manager.
