•Get out to see prospect/ targeted customer
•Promote the hotel services/ facilities and show room to 
the clientele as required
•Produce regularly weekly and monthly report
•Maintain good relationship with corporate members/partners 
and create new corporate account
•Receive and confirm room reservation 
•Correspond all inquiries affiliating to hotel 
services/facilities by email, verbal, phone call
•Occasionally handle guest complaint or grievances
•Contribute in creating advertising, promoting the hotel 
services/facilities
•Perform any other necessary tasks as assigned by superior
