•  University’s degree of Civil Engineering or
•  Degree of Business Administration
•  At least 5-year-experience on the Sales Management
•  With some experiences in the Construction industry
• Proficient in English and chinese both speaking and writing 
•  Good in Sales & Marketing skill, Design & Engineer , Architecture
•  Leadership & Management
•  High Critical Thinking, High Problem Solving, High Leadership & Management
•  Able to Work under pressure

•  Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
•  Set individual sales target with sales team and evaluate performance of sales staff.
