Job Requirement :

Sales Manager

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as a Sales Manager for a five star deluxe hotel is an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written English required with proficiency in a second foreign language an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills and high competency in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint systems. Experience with Opera an advantage. 

Marketing Communication Manager

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Communications. Minimum 2 years work experience as Communications Manager or Assistant Marketing Communications Manager. Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must. Fluency in spoken and written English required.

Human Resources Coordinator

  • You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The HR Coordinator is responsible to assist and support the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department.
Job Duties :

Sales Manager

  • You will be responsible for managing sales accounts and for contributing to the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist, an effective and efficient sales account manager responsible for ensuring that revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.   

Marketing Communication Manager

  • You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.   

Human Resources Coordinator

  • Ideally with a diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as HR clerk in a hotel or large operations. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, good problem solving and administrative skills and high competency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint systems. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
