•  Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Marketing Management is preferable
•  At least 3 years experiences in sales, preferably in the field of Motorbike Business
•  Willing to develop knowledge in technical products
•  Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English
•  Good appearance
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Able to work under pressure.

•  Manage sales team performance and evaluation
•  Forecast, set targets and keep track
•  Manage and supervise sales team activities
•  Planning about Sales Department activities
•  Sales reporting to management and principal on a timely basis
•  Prepare strategy to develop sales business
•  Corporate with other department to grow business – marketing, General  merchandise, Parts & Accessories and Aftersales
•  Build brand Image by implementing the right strategies
•  Build relationship with customers
•  Showroom Management & Sales Administration
•  Training & coaching sales team
•  Intelligent works; reporting Grey imports activities
•  Coordinate and facilitate communication between management and staff 
•  Motorcycle stock arrangement & management
•  Perform any other duties as assigned by top management
