• Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree or equivalent in related field
• At least 2 to 3 years in banking or sales-related field. Need to be IT savvy and knowledgeable in providing solutions for clients’ requirements.
• Obtained high level of English proficiency in both writing and speaking skill.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Wide network of contacts in business community.
• Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin and/or Japanese will be an added advantage.

• Responsible to achieve Sales Budget as defined in the balance score card.
• Indentifying/developing business sales opportunities for cash management services from new and existing clients.
• Developing long term business relationships with business development team of Maybank Cambodia and Maybank branches.
• Managing sales pipeline which include up selling and cross selling of bank related products and solutions.
• Work with all product partners and other channels within Maybank to drive and deepen the wallet size and increase market utilization of cash management solutions and services through tactical account planning.
