• Lead and manage sales department including team, infrastructure, and budget
• Formulate and implement continuous sales growth strategy and technique
• Recruit and retain key sales talents
• Mentor, coach, and manage sales team to ensure they can achieve their objectives and continuously develop their skills and professionalism
• Deliver continuous improvement on sales tools, system, and processes
• Propose and develop new market, channel, product, services, etc. to support growth strategy
• Build and promote strong and sustainable customer relations through partnership, problem solving, and opportunity creation
• Collate and analyze market information including competition and market trends for strategic inputs
• Propose sale revenues and expenses with justification for approval
• Produce monthly sales forecast for superior’s review.
