Introduction :

Modern gas was established in 1990. We have more than 20 years of experience in gas and kitchen appliances. The 10 branches that we have opened up so far is a testament to our strong growth, given that we operate in a very challenging environment whereby politic and economic of Cambodia were extremely unstable over the year until only recently. As we grew, we expand our expertise into LPG installation, working with well know LPG installer company in Thailand. We also, established our own brands in the kitchen appliances category, i.e. Molux, Mocina, Monai 

Job Requirement :

•Bachelor Degree of Business administration/Marketing or related fields.
•A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a supervisory position in sales 
•Acknowledge able about kitchen appliance and specifications.
•Male or Female can apply 
•Able to communicate in English
•Have strong organizational skills, leadership & ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and pressure.
•Have knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel and Microsoft Outlook 
•Good communication and team work spirit

Job Duties :

•Collaborates with Top management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company’s Project Sales and Area Sales.
•Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel
•Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Top management for Project Sales and Area Sales.
•Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
•Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
•Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
•Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
•Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
•Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
•Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
•Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
•Collaborates with marketing manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
•Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
•Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
•Providing product quotes as required
•Negotiating contracts with major account
•Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
•Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company product(s)/service(s) while on customer’s site.
•Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
