•  Experience to negotiate with customer or other companies
•  Experience to make drafts of contract
•  Experience to make documents of company regulations
•  Experience to make company operation manuals
•  Experience to train staffs
•  Knowledge of Kitchen equipment.
•  Fluently speaking/writing/listening English & Chinese.
•  Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office
•  Perfect communication skills
•  Flexible and open-minded character.
