Azilay Co., Ltd is the official distributor of Eugene Perma Paris for hair care products (hair colors, shampoos, treatment shampoos, hair lotions) for both men and women in Cambodia since 2013.

The products are made in France and are distributed throughout the whole country in many outlets through different channels – Modern and Traditional Trade at retailers and wholesalers. We also do direct sales to the end-users during special events.

We are specialized in all products for the beauty of people’s hair, from a variety of hair colors for men and women to all kinds of shampoos for all hair types.

• Bachelor in Marketing management, Business Management. Master degree in business management is a plus.
• 3-5 years’ working experience in sales strategy, managing sales team, and strong experience in cosmetics or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong sense of commitment, self-motivated, independent, well organized and good interpersonal skills
• Collect, analyze and report data is a must.
• Proficient Office Word, Excel, related software.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, self-disciplined.
• Ability to persuade, flexible and quick to work, adapt new environment well.
• Honesty must be required.
• Driving license is a plus

• Participate in the annual planning process by assisting in the compilation and implementation of the Revenue plan and Sales Action Plan in his/er area and the area as required.
• Develops and implements strategies in order to meet goal relation to
• his/er specific markets and team.
• Complies with rules and regulations governing local practices
• Identifies potential in his / her specific markets and team. Develops and implements action to maximize the potential.
• Implement all sales action related to his / her specific market and teat areas as outlined in the Revenue Plan.
• Undertake other duties from time to time as directed by senior management.
