•  MBA/BBA or Degree Pharmacy, Doctor or related qualifiacation
•  3-6 years stretching experience in similar position preferably in the HEC sector or FMCG
•  Capacity in interpreting data and driving value adding insights
•  Budget management experience and strong in project management
•  Strong in project management and excellent monitoring skills
•  Proactive and Team player
•  Perfect standard of written and spoken English 

•  Propose annual marketing strategy 
•  Propose promotion programs and manage marketing budget
•  Conduct market research for product opportunities and support field force in marketing implementation
•  A competitive analysis (distribution, promotion, sales staff profile, incentive policy to professionals, pricing & margins in hospitals & pharmacies) 
•  An identification of key opportunities and recommendations for a successful launch in each professional channel 
•  Developing relationships and proactive approach with KOLs 
•  To ensure best results of company sales by developing long-term & short-term marketing objective, strategies & tactics for all products
•  Keep implementing all Marketing Activities
•  Provide staff requirement and management.
•  Provide support to Medical Representatives
•  Identify & handle the obstacles
•  Evaluate the marketing process with sales performance based on potential products
