Sales Manager

• Salary rank: $1000 - $1,500
• Competitive commission – could be from $50,000 up per annum based on sale performance

• Bachelor degree in marketing or related field. Mater degree is a plus.
• At least 4 years experiences in real estate field
• Well analyzing about Condo and Apartment market in Phnom Penh
• Ability to train, supervise, and control team leaders and sales executives
• Be able to speak English fluently
• Be able to speak Chinese / Japanese is first consideration
• Leadership must have
• Strong skill in sales and management knowledge (Selling Condo/Apartment)
• Excellent communication skill, negotiation, problem solving, innovative, and persuasive skill
• Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Having strong connection and building network

• Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits
• Collecting, analyzing, accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales
• Set the strategy to reach the target and increase income
• Ensure that plans are properly implemented
• Plan own activities to make strong sales, monthly and quarterly sales report
• Effectively supervise, train, and advise team leaders and sales executives
• Checked daily and weekly sales report and recommend
• Setting the appointment and maintain relation with clients
• Keep update and follow up with Condo market and Apartment market
• Other task assigned by company
