•  Minimum 3 years experience in sales management role of FMCG products;
•  Proven leadership skills and a team player;
•  Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills;
•  Multi-tasking, attention to details, result-oriented, have sense of urgency;
•  Pleasant and flexible personality;
•  Self-integrity;
•  Able to work under pressure;
•  Excellent in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint;
•  Good in English reading and writing.

• Manage sales team including pre-sales and van sales and responsible for all GT markets in Phnom Penh and suburbs;
•  Develop and implement sales and trade marketing strategies in Phnom Penh to achieve monthly and annual target;
•  Lead, train, and motivate sales team and trade marketing team to execute the strategies to achieve target; 
•  Oversee and deal with daily operation and business performance;
•  Manage credit control with sales team;
•  Regularly visit key accounts to build and maintain effective relationship;
•  Negotiate with key customers for best interest of company;
•  Collect and get up to date market and competitors information;
•  Direct report to Sales and Marketing Director.
