•  University graduate
•  Minimum of 1 year experience in events / activation organization
•  6days week on duty rotation (Showrrom Open 7days a week)

•  Work with Sales focused attitude, and be aware of Sales opportunities to maximize revenue for F&B division
•  Accurately handles and collate enquirers, Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order and Service Reports
•  Review and maintain customer profile using ERP system
•  Sourcing new accounts and being proactive in securing business 
•  Maintain orderly filling of communications and timely Daily Sales Activity Report 
•  Coordinate customers request with other supporting divisions to achieve customer satisfaction 
•  Support F&B team in demonstrations, trainings, events and promotions
