•  Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to the customers
•  Create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them
•  Build and maintain a strong and lasting agency-client relationship
•  Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
•  Work with the sales and marketing teams
•  Present the campaign ideas and budget to the client
•  Reports to the Sales Manager regarding some events 
•  Identify and grow opportunities within the company and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth
•  Help the sales and marketing team to formulate marketing strategies for the campaign
•  Ensure that the deadlines of the projects or campaign are being met
•  Monitor the effectiveness of the campaign and provide client reports
•  Making pitches to win new business
•  Attends regular meeting with the sales and marketing team
