•  Experience 1 year sales in construction industry 
•  Preferably in construction industry, logistic company or project management experience
•  Must speak/write English, Chinese speaking will plus points 
•  Must have basic computer knowledge, basic Microsoft Knowledge

•  To manage activities to achieve the sales targets set by the company
•  To identify and qualify opportunities within your territory, pursue conversion of qualified leads to customer solutions with subscription based revenue
•  To develop positive, active, ongoing relations and communications with assigned customers 
•  Highly professional preparation of any time of customers approaching
•  To do the regular report on the customer visiting, sales performance and other feedback to be incorporated into the company’s strategies of sales improvement plan
•  Gather market information and competitors information 
•  Provide good service to customer before and after buying, in order to make customer satisfaction
•  To maintain existing customers and create new customers
