Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. • Hold bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration and a related field
• Have at least 1 year of experience in similar field
• Have excellent (oral & written) communication skills 
• Be able to write and speak English 
• Have computer literacy 
• Have good organization skills and ability to memorize stock. 

• Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with existing customers
• Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
• Gather market and customer information
• Negotiate on price and costs as well as delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. 
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Identify customer’s needs by providing technical solutions resulting in sales opportunities in order to maximize and grow sales.
• Communicate regularly with engineering and production to facilitate prompt and accurate production.
