•  University degree
•  Good communication to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with supervisor
•  Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries
•  Ability to work effectively in a team environment
•  Previous sales experience
•  High degree of self-motivation and interpersonal skills
•  Acceptable written and verbal communication skills
•  Attention to details and accuracy
•  Computer Literacy

• Greeting customer using WING Company service standards, identifying their needs and answering customer inquiries
•  Selling Starter-Kits/phone top up to merchant and customer walk in
•  Assist in open wing account for customer walk in
•  Provide consultative service in regards to WING product and service which is considered as a good solution to suite the client’s needs
•  Gather feedback and provide constructive solution to supervisor
•  Handle walk-in customers /merchants questions
•  Achieving monthly customer acquisition
•  Contribute to the development of sound profitable business by creating effective referral networks, including internal business relationship and existing customer in order to achieve the target
•  Keep up-to-date with WING’s products suite and marketing campaigns to ensure superior product knowledge
•  Provide outstanding and consistent advisory that will impress our customer by using service standard as a reference point all the times
