Sales Consultant (1 English Speaking & 1 Chinese Speaking)  

• Cambodian nationality, age 25-35 years old, both male/female are required;
• Bachelor or diploma in Sales/Marketing;
• Good command of English and MS office (Good command of Chinese for the Chinese speaking);
• Minimum 2 years' experience in selling premium cars;
• Owning a driving license is must;
• Being matured, having a strong zeal, income-driven self-motivation, incredible resilient and patient attitude to pursue and canvass for new sales;
• Able to enhance quality service and support to customers, both rationally and emotionally;
• Enjoy meeting people, building sales networks, generating corporates sales leads with warm and outgoing personality

• Individual Duties and Responsibilities
• Attend to all call-in(s) and walk-in(s) in the showroom, and all other customers’ need pertaining to new car sales;
• Present themselves in their best attire and mannerism;
• Perform official duties at events, exhibition, launches and road-shows as stipulated by the company;
• Perform follow-ups on potential leads and telemarketing;
• Canvass for sales leads through sales network;
• Responsible for the sales of all new Subaru car models in Cambodia;
• Responsible for their individual sales quota of 5 bookings per calendar month;
• Perform all administrative matters pertaining to the completion of the new car sales. (i.e. booking, loan-application, allocation, COE-bidding, registration & delivery)
• Duty personnel are to report to work on time
• Other Collective Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure a proper hand-over of the showroom premises, the showroom/test-drive cars to the next team on duty, the conditions of cars must be checked at the beginning and end of the day including the showroom display cars;
• Should any incidents not reported on the same day, the cases will be regarded as negligence on the part of the Duty Team. The Duty TL has the responsibility to ensure that this does not occur;
• Failure to perform any of the above-mentioned duties shall be taken actions by the management against and in so doing without giving valid reasons;
• And all other duties and responsibilities are assigned by the management.
