Job Requirement :
  • University graduated
  • Must have 2-5 years experience in sales and marketing field
  • Must be Fluent in speaking, reading & listening English
  • Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Clear communication with internal as well as external parties at positive attitude.
  • Self starter, capable of initiating tasks and development of new ideas/opportunities
  • Team work, result-oriented
  • Must be excellent in communication skills and should be customer focused
  • Well organized, self motivated, attention to details
  • Ownership of tasks: Ensure any task is carried out best possible
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Duties :
  • Identify and develop new sales markets and seek opportunities to extend business/selling.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets per monthly/quarterly and yearly period agreed between the management and yourself.
  • Development of a quarterly sales plan in conjunction with company Management.
  • Communicate frequently with clients as required to develop a good working relationship that maximises the opportunity to extend services provided and length of relationship and opportunities.
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
    Maintain and keep up-to-date the customer database for your account base.
  • Monitor monthly basis the support from your account base and take corrective actions as and when appropriate.
  • Inform Company Management on a weekly & fortnightly basis of activities carried on in the past week and any developments
