Morale Fashion Group Co Ltd, a company registered in Cambodia, owns Tonlé Design, a fashion label, and Tonlé Workshop, a workshop that produces Fashion products for both Tonlé and external clients. Both businesses are social enterprises and work with NGO’s to hire sewing trainees. Tonlé formed from the business formally known as KeoK’jay.

• Experience in a retail fashion store 
• Experience in providing customer service to both Cambodian and foreign customers
• Interest in a career in fashion preferred 
• Strong knowledge of written and spoken English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of people
• Honest and hard-working
• Good personal sense of style and appropriate professional and stylish grooming preferred

• Actively promote Tonlé products to customers with the aim of generating sales
• Achieve sales targets for the store
• Ensure high quality customer service and assistance is provided to all customers
• Take responsibility for day-to-day tasks assigned by Tonlé Retail Manager 
• Ensure cash and stock is protected and controlled effectively 
• Improve understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences
• Perform allocated administrative tasks effectively and efficiently 
• Actively contribute ideas for promotional activities with the aim of increasing sales for the store
• Provide information to customers on the Tonlé story and Tonlé products 
• Actively seek sales from clients by following Tonlé sales guidelines
• Keep store clean and looking professional by cleaning, taking care of merchandising, arranging displays and replenishing stock
• Assist customers trying on garments
• Provide feedback to Tonlé Retail Manager on customer tastes and preferences
• Process payments for sales, maintain sales records and keep cash secure
• Perform regular inventory checks on all products including in-store and back-of-store and maintain stock records for reordering
• Deal with customer enquiries and customer complaints and refer them to Tonlé Retail Manager as required
• Perform general administrative duties when required
• Assist with promotional activities for Tonlé
