Cambodia Advance Communications Ltd or “CADCOMMS” aims to be one of the leading telecommunication services providers in Cambodia. The company was granted its telecommunications license in 2006 and launched its services in March 2008. CADCOMMS operates a 3.75G mobile telephony service using the ‘qb’ brand under a concession granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia (MPTC).

We are serving both the corporate and consumer markets and our goal is to be the most advanced and recognized mobile phone service provider in Cambodia. To achieve this we have formed solid partnerships with other local and international companies. Furthermore, to support our customers, we have a customer service centre in Phnom Penh and many more are planned in other cities in Cambodia to ensure our customers have easy access to, and support from our highly skilled service staff at any time.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill the positions below:

Sales Agent

Job Requirement :
  • Approx. 2 years’ experience in territory sales representative level in FMCG Company (preferably telco industry);
  • Diploma graduate and above or equivalent;
  • Good command of English, and good in both spoken and written;
  • Core basic telecom knowledge;
  • Effective selling skill;
  • Possess the driving license;
  • Basis people management& Team leadership
  • Good interpersonal skill& Effective communication. Interested
Job Duties :
  • Propose goals and KPIs for own area and track ongoing results to ensure that objective in terms of subs, revenue, profitability, sales growth, availability, visibility and customer price of products are achieved within the area;
  • Manage the implementation of brand, trade and sales area programs and the localised activities;
  • Manage the area’s key trade partner performance through regular visits and communication to maximise revenues, subs and share performance;
  • Establish close working relationships with all trade partners, namely distributor, sales & service agents, dealer and retailer, in order to gain high level of support and their loyalty;
  • Conduct regular field visits and call attachment with distributor/ sales & service agent field force to provide on the job coaching and motivate to drive achievement of targets;
  • Provide ongoing, on time in full, market intelligent reports to inform management decision and planning;
  • Ensure all area activities are complied to qb code of conduct and all corporate policies and guidelines;
  • Actively contribute to corporate and brand image and values;
  • Carry out any others as directed by senior management.
