• Cambodian nationality, age 25 years old up
• Bachelor or Master degree in field Sales/Marketing or certificated related field
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in sales Manager
• Able to provide quality service and support to customers at all times
• Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality
• Be able to communicate in English and Be able to use computer MS office
• Willing to work, flexible and honest

• Direct Sales
• Make direct sale to customer through telephone
• Process customer transaction such as order quote or return
• follow up sales enquires if needed
• Sales Target
• Convince customer to purchase tires in order to meet their monthly sales target
• Must call to remind customer within 20 day
• Promotion
• Ensure that customer are well aware of company's promotion
• Inform customer about the benefit of participate in the promotion
• Send out promotion score chart to customers
• Cash Collection
• Follow up with customer's aging invoice
• Prepare schedule to remind customer about the unpaid invoice
• Inform creditor to collect payment
• Logistic
• Obtain accurate information from company’s driver/taxi relating to shipment date and expected date of delivery
