• Manage and monitor sell ordering process
• Develop and implement Selling process follow company’s policy
• Manage & Monitor on Itinerary for each salesman
• Monitor on Customer information in system with up to date and accuracy
• Manage and set up Sales Target for each channel and each salesman base on customer order record with sales manager
• Monitor & Follow up Sales Achievement (Daily, monthly) with detail by product and SKU
• Follow up stock, Delivery, and product return with all related party
• Set up Incentive Scheme and Prepare Monthly Incentive for Sales Team
• Build and Maintain good relation with customer
• Working with marketing (PO, PI, Shop Type, Sale brief, and marketing activities) and make sure that all process are correctly and on timely basic
• Manage and monitor claims process from suppliers, make sure that all claims are completed correctly and timely
• Logistic management (Control on shipment schedule, and it costs)
• Handle on problem solving for both internal and external customer
• Staff Management (Recruiting, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating staff) to make them to work more effectively.
