Job Requirement :
  • Graduate of a 4-year degree course preferably in any field of Business Management, Communication and other related course.

  • Sales Account Executive
  •  Must have at least 5 years work experience in airline, or travel agency as a sales account executive.
  •  2 years experience in reservations and ticketing.

Job Duties :
  •  Directly reporting to Sales Manager and Area Manager.
  •  Assists inquiring agents on ticketing guidelines, fare conditions, flight changes, post ticketing procedures and other related concerns raised by different travel agents and corporate accounts.
  •  Organizes and participates in events such as Product Update, Sales Blitz, Travel Expos, B2B and other travel industry social functions to further maximize the promotion of company’s products and services.
  •  Gather and analyze rate sheets and promotional fares of other airlines and submit recommendations to Sales Manager/ Area Manager.
  •  Provide regular updates and gather market intelligence on the latest industry trends and developments, market conditions and proactively initiates actions plans to counter act competition and maximize revenues.
  •  Conduct regular sales calls and visit to travel agents and corporate accounts.
  •  Ensures accurate and on-time submission of sales performance and other required reports.
  •  Establishes good camaraderie with the team.
  •  Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
