• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Sales and/ or Marketing 
• Experience to deal with dealers is preferable 
• Good communication in English (spoken and written) 
• Skill to use a computer and Power point, outlook, and MS words 
• Honesty, Friendly, Flexible, hardworking, and good relationship.

• Introduce, promote and sell properties to costumers 
• Develop the sales strategy, build manage the sales team 
• Coordinate marketing and promotion activities and market research 
• Manage closely your sales to ensure that sale volumes and targets are achieved 
• Searching and controlling properties for company 
• Negotiate between property’s owners and customers 
• Find customers to buy company’s properties
• Cooperate with researcher to find the best property for customers 
• Delegate the action plan & activities to actively marketing need 
• Other tasks ask assigned by manager.
