Voraksatya is a private company was founded since 2007 with new industrial concept and in order to close the big gap which other companies have no willing to do. We don’t sell customers product, but we sell them education of what and how they use tires properly in various individual condition. Our business category is Truck, Bus tires and machine. From a small shop to a sole agent in the country, we are keeping staying on the uprising progress, and now we are looking for competent candidate for the following position:

• Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 
• Bachelor or Master Degree in business Administration Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Listening, selling, presentation, analytical, interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation and management skill.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Points
• Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
• Good command of verbal and written English,
• Hard-working, honest, initiative, flexible, and be able to work under pressure.

1.Sale 
Perform market research and ability to contact and service potential customers
Responsible for the achievement of sales target.
Knowledge of better communication between both give news and current customers
Perform a key contact point for customers to maintain relationship
Manage sales and marketing to meet the company targets and participate in market
Analyze consumer behavior of the company property and report to the management
Make an appointment and process direct contact with potential, new and current 
Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
Good ability to communicate with diverse groups
Prepare marketing collateral for sales and marketing purpose research when required customers
Do monthly report on visitors and potential customers
Prepare Customer Information Card
Ability to help the company to achieve short and long term business growth
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or CEO 
2.Marketing
Monitoring and analyzing market trends
Studying competitors' products and services 
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
Managing the production of promotional material
Liaising with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
Producing reports to monitor results
Presenting findings and suggestions to CEO or Sale & Marketing Managers
Travelling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
Control and report stock/usage of all marketing tools
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or CEO
