University degree in Sale and Marketing or similar degree

At least 3 to 4 year experiences in Advertising business.

Computer skill: Office application, Internet & E-mail and graphic design is a plus.

Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen, as well as clearly express their ideas
-
Ability to make swift decisions, work through stressful situations and solve problems quickly
-
Creative personality and effective management and supervising skills

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Lead sale department by developing sale strategy, best practices and procedures for sale department to ensure that the department can meet company’s short, medium and long term targets.
-
Communicate and networking with local and international clients.
-
Make sure that all clients’ needs are being met and all any concerns are addressed.
-
Prepare advertising and even management proposal, budgets, calendars and project schedules.
-
Gather and organize all information to help with decision-making regarding media placement, campaign length, featured products and services, and technical details.
-
Consulting with clients to determine how to improve market share and sales.
-
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates price and discounts in consultation with Operation Manager and Managing Director.
-
Manages and develops sales action plan to meet sales targets for the company.
-
Reviews progress against action plan of sales roles throughout the company.
-
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
-
Assists Operation Manager and Managing Director in establishing personal contact and promoting a wide array of networks with key potential clients.

Holds regular meeting with management team of the company.
