MyWindow E & C Co., Ltd is seeking a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of Sale Supervisor

• The ability and desire to work/lead under pressure circumstance
• Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with 
minimal supervision
• Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker
• Able to interface directly with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

• Ensure business relationship building, generate and negotiate new income for MyWindows to an agreed annual target
• Supervises and monitors the activities of Sale Team to ensure they hit monthly quota with consideration to the quality of sale.
• Regularly updates and provides analytical reports that could help management make informed business decision.
• Suggests ways and means to improve sales performance of their team
• Assists Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating sale team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
• Assists Sales Manager in revising and implementing sale strategic plans.
• Assists Sales Manager in generating sale opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
• Assists Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Assists Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties
• Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to Sales Manager.
• Assists with sale questions, concerns and product/service questions.
• Deliver positive feedback, Employer Rewards and customer Recognitions to employees.
• Arranging meeting with potential prospective clients for new business.
• Process drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sale opportunities to My Window are captured and explored.
• Gathering market and customer information, researching the market and related products.
• Ensure all sale administration using an appropriate input format.
• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
• Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
• Keeping an eye tracked and collecting competitor intelligence
• Ensuring MyWindow remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients
• Ensuring all Company procedures and guidelines are met with expected standard
