•  Bachelor degree in Tourism or Sale and Marketing
•  Having Sale and marketing skills and understand the customer services
•  Understanding buyers behavior and problem solving skills
•  Effective Communication and Facilitation/ coordination Skill 
•  Good in English or Chinese and Khmer
•  Willingness to work in flexible hour and under pressure 

•  Greeting and warm welcome to customers
•  Confident to share information to customers
•  Understand clearly about the itinerary information
•  Problem solving in selling process
•  Keep following up the market information
•  Prepare the customers’ documentation after they bought services
•  Keep good relationship with customer
•  To keep followed up customers and submit the selling report.
