Active People is a license microfinance institution (APMFI) which was registered from NBC since 2011. Our commitment is to contribute to the economic and social development of Cambodia by providing variety of products and services to the large target customers. Our operational areas are coverage in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and other provinces which provided products and service for more than 40,000 customers. Currently, we are looking for talent candidates to contribute their knowledge, capacity, and skills with us for following vacancy:

•  Female.
•  Age 18 to 35 years old. 
•  At least 4th year student of Finance and Banking or other related field, 
•  Be able travel to PP once mission is assigned,
•  Fresh graduates are strongly encourage to apply,
•  Good communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skill,
•  Team work and willing to work under pressure. 
•  Honesty, work hard and be able to use Microsoft Office.

•  Greeting customers,
•  Promote company products and service to customers,
•  Prepare proposal and loan contracts to customers,
•  Maintain good relationship with customers before and after disbursement,
•  Assist to resolve the customers concerns by using appropriate suggestion and information as their requirement,
•  Be able to prepare report daily, weekly and monthly,
•  Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

** Remunerations
We provide candidates a competitive salary based on education, prior-experience and individual performance. Also offer annual salary increase and 13th month of salary plus other benefits and providing fund such as monthly incentive, 24 hours personal accident insurance, health insurance, health benefit and good working condition with other human resource policies paralleling to Cambodian Labor Law.
