Position: Sale & Marketing
Salary and Commission: can earn from 500$ up

• Ability to communicate with investors and clients to present Company’s services in a professional manner
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Good computer skills for office related works.
• Must have at least 2 years working experience in Management/Sales experience in real estate career
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic, punctual, loyalty and reliable

• Training, leading and motivating real estate agents on real estate sales techniques for a successful deal.
• Developing effective training programs to coach agents on how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
• Setting weekly, monthly and yearly monetary targets for the agents to achieve.
• Proposing incentives and reward programs for the high performance agents that reach their targets.
• Involving in marketing planning, budgeting and coordinating for new project sales including open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the Company.
• Marketing research and competitor analysis
• Providing customer services and complaint resolution
• Performing administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
• Attending association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
• Performing other tasks as required.
• Working day: Monday to Saturday
