Cambodia - Vietnam Insurance Plc “CVI” a professional general insurance company in Cambodia, was established since 2009 by the major shareholder (with 51%) from BIDV which has more than 58 years experience in banking sector and 14 years experience in general insurance and other major shareholder (29%) is from Diamond Island Development Co., Ltd “DID”, a subsidiary of Canadia Group; a top leaders of Financial Group in Cambodia.
Currently, we are looking for a qualified staff to fulfill our vacant positions based in Phnom Penh as below:

Sale Manager: 02 (Annual Salary Range: USD12 000-24 000)

• Education
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Sale & Marketing or related fields or at least 5 years experience in Sale Manager position
• AMII, ACII, ANZIIF are much preferable
• Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Khmer languages; Chinese or Vietnamese is plus;
• Advanced management and leadership skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation and Follow up skills
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities
• Ability to develop market strategy, sale manual, policy, and procedure
• Ability to build up networking
• Computer literate-MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email
• Experience
• At least Five Years Experience in Sale and marketing (Candidates from general insurance industries are most advantaged)

Sale Executive: 04 (Salary Negotiation)

• Education
• Bachelor in Sale & Marketing or related fields
• AMII, ACII, ANZIIF are much preferable
• Knowledge/Skills
• Good written and spoken English and Khmer languages; Chinese or Vietnamese is plus;
• Communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation and Follow up skills
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities
• Ability to build up networking
• Computer literate-MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email
• Experience
• Minimum two years experience for Sale Executive post (Candidates from general insurance industries are most advantaged)

Underwriting Executive: 01 (Salary Negotiation)

• Education
• Bachelor in business administration/risk management & insurance or related fields
• AMII, ACII, ANZIIF are much preferable
• Knowledge/Skills
• Good written and spoken English and Khmer languages; Chinese or Vietnamese is plus;
• Good knowledge of insurance and risk management
• Ability to develop pricing and rating structure for all lines of insurance products
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities
• Ability to communicate with all level within the company and clients and ability to work independently and in a team
• Computer literate-MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email
• Experience
• Minimum two years experience for underwriting post or risk management (Candidates from general insurance industries are most advantaged).

Supporting Staff/ Underwriting Department: 01 (Salary Negotiation)

• Education
• Bachelor in business administration/risk management & insurance/English literacy/Economy or related fields
• Knowledge/Skills
• Good written and spoken English and Khmer languages;
• Ability to work hard, work smart, and fast
• Ability to learn fast and learn by your own observation
• Ability to work without much supervision (result oriented)
• Be creative, initiative, and honest
• Good communication, organizational skills
• Computer literate-MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email
• Experience
• Fresh graduated student is encouraged to apply
